基于理想点多属性决策算法的中长期电力负荷组合预测
Medium and long-term power load combination forecasting based on ideal-point and multi-attribute decision algorithm

Abstract
The combination forecasting method was expanded.The ideal-point and multi-attribute decision algorithm was introduced into medium and long-term power load forecasting to establish an ideal-point combination forecasting model and forecast medium and long-term power load.In the established model, reciprocals of four evaluation indexes including maximum error absolute value, minimum error absolute value, mean absolute percent error and root mean square error of various single forecasting models were taken as an attribute set and categories of various single forecasting models were taken as a scheme set. The deviation between various models and positive ideal-point was calculated.The weights of various single forecasting models were determined according to the deviation between positive ideal-point. The effectiveness and practical value of combination model were verified through the social power consumption forecasting in a certain area and a comparison of error with single forecasting model.关键词
