荷斯坦牛TLR6基因多态性分析
Polymorphism of TLR6 Gene in Chinese Holstein Cattle
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the polymorphism of TLR6 gene in Holstein cattle,the blood samples of 303 Holstein cattle were detected by polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism(PCR-SSCP).The results showed that there was a missense mutation of G to A in the TLR6 gene,which led to the change of aspartic acid to asparagine in the TLR6 protein,producing three genotypes(AA,B B,AB)with the frequencies of 0.214 5,0.122 1 and 0.663 4 respectively.The x2 test indicated that the gene at this site deviated from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(P＜0.05).It was concluded that the polymorphism of TLR6 gene was rich and the locus could be used as a molecular marker for resistance breeding of Holstein cattle.关键词
