Abstract
Identification, measure and metrics of functioning, disability and health data has been developed using ICF approach to con-struct national information framework and health data systems of functioning, disability and health. This framework and system make coun-tries' data comparable. It is useful to monitor the quality of rehabilitation services and develop services for people with disabilities as recom-mended by World Health Organization Guideline:Rehabilitation in Health Systems.关键词
