摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate pharmaceutical care for an infection endocarditis patient with repair of ventricular septal defect provided by clinical pharmacists and the suitable points and approach to work.Methods Clinical pharmacists took part in the therapy of an infection endocarditis patient with repair of ventricular septal defect.Anti-infection physicians and clinical pharmacists took consultation together,carefully inquired medical history and medication history,then gave therapy suggestion and appropriate treatment based on germiculture results and the change of illness.Results and conclusion For infections endocarditis patients with long clinical course,inquiring medical history and medication history carefully is necessary to adjust treatment.Clinical pharmacists taking part in the clinical work and giving professional suggestions can help physicians making anti-infection therapy decisions thus improve the treatment effect.关键词
