摘要
Abstract
Objective To remind doctors pay attention to the adverse drug reaction caused by minocycline.Methods Retrospective analysis of a case of brucellosis treated with minocycline.Results The clinical symptoms started after the patient had been taking minocycline for 25 days,and alleviated after the patient withdrawn minocycline and initiating anti-allergic treatment for 13 days.Also,white blood cell and eosinophil recovered to normal.However,after taking minocycline again,fever appeared in the next day,together with eosinophil increased gradually.Thus,we consider acute eosinophilic pneumonia was related to minocycline.Conclusion Although minocycline induced acute eosinophilic granular cell pneumonia is rare,consequence was always serious.Therefore,more attention should be paid during the treatment,such as monitoring the whole blood cell count,concerning the symptoms and physical signs of patients to ensure the safety of medications.关键词
