海鲜菇液体菌种培养基碳源及氮源的筛选
Screening Carbon and Nitrogen Source for Liquid Culture of Hypsizigus marmoreus
摘要
Abstract
In order to select the best carbon and nitrogen source,the effects of 5 carbon sources and 5 nitrogen sources on Hypsizigus marmoreus in liquid culture were studied.Mycelia biomass,the density of mycelial,mycelia germination and the growth speed of mycelium were investigated.The results showed that Hypsizigus marmoreus had abundant biomass,high density,fast germination time and growth speed in starch and yeast powder solution.The optimum carbon source was starch,and the optimum nitrogen source was yeast powder.关键词
