区域一体化促进了经济增长效率吗?——基于长江经济带的实证分析
Does regional integration promote the efficiency of economic growth?an empirical analysis of the Yangtze River Economic Belt

Abstract
Regional market integration could improve economic growth efficiency through promoting the flowing of factors and upgrading the industrial structure and strengthening regional cooperation.This study first used the methods of super efficiency DEA and Malmquist index decomposition to compare the total economic growth efficiency and the TFP decomposition from 2000 to 2014 in Yangtze River Economic Belt.In addition,based on the econometric Tobit model,this study also used the panel data of 105 cities in Yangtze River Economic Belt to do an empirical analysis of the influence of regional integration on TFP,technical efficiency and technical change.Results showed that:first,the total economic growth efficiency based on super efficiency DEA of Yangtze River Economic Belt showed a declining trend after 2008,among which Yangtze River Delta had the highest economic growth efficiency,while Guizhou Central Urban Agglomeration had the lowest one.Second,the TFPs of Yangtze River Economic Delta and Urban Agglomeration in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River showed an increasing trend and the contribution of technical change to TFP exceeded technical efficiency.On the contrary,in other three regions of Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration,Yunnan Central Urban Agglomeration and Guizhou Central Urban Agglomeration,the contribution of technical efficiency to TFP exceeded technical change.Third,regional integration showed a significant impact on the technical change of the TFP in Yangtze River Economic Belt;however,the impact on TFP and technical efficiency was not significant.What is more,regional heterogeneity existed in the promotion effect of regional integration on efficiency.That is,regional integration of Yangtze River Delta could promote technical change and technical efficiency significantly,but did not work on TFP.The regional integration of Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration could promote TFP and technical change,while the regional integration of Yunnan Central Urban Agglomeration and Guizhou Central Urban Agglomeration did not exert an significant effect on the efficiency indicators.Lastly,this study put forwards suggestions to promote regional integration and economic efficiency:strengthening regional cooperation and promoting innovation driven development;deepening the reform of the household registration system and improving the economic density;enhancing system innovation and promoting market-oriented reform.This study also put forwards some targeted development strategies combined with the differences of different urban agglomerations.关键词
