摘要
Abstract
Primary female genital system lymphoma (PFGSL) is one kind of extranodal lymphoma.PFGSLs include ovarian lymphomas,cervical lymphomas and vulvar lymphomas.Most of PFGSLs are type B non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.The diagnosis is based on pathology and immunohistochemmistry.The treatment strategies include CHOP-based chemotherapy,targeted therapy,radiotherapy and surgery.The purpose of surgery is to clarify the pathology.Rituximab has been demonstrated to improve the prognosis of lymphoma.The prognosis of PFGSL is good.关键词
