Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of laparoscopic high-frequency electrotome in cervical cancer surgery.Methods From November 2006 to August 2015,530 patients underwent laparoscopic pelvic and/or abdominal periaortic lymph node dissection and radical hysterectomy using laparoscopic high-frequency electrotome in the Department of Gynecology,the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University.Compare and analyse the difference of operation indicators and complications between the two groups.Results The two surgery can be successfully completed by using the two instruments.The operating time for the lymph node dissection,the number of lymph node dissected,the time of radical hysterectomy,intraoperative blood loss,the time of exhaust,the length of postoperative hospitalization,the stay time of postoperative catheter,the time of postoperative drainage tube and complications between the two groups were of no significant difference (P＞0.05).Conclusion High-frequency electrotome can achieve the same operation effect with ultrasonic scalpel in laparoscopic pelvic and/or abdominal periaortic lymph node dissection and radical hysterectomy,which may have certain clinical application value.关键词
