Abstract
Surgical stress increase the risk of complication. Integrating multiple evidenced procedures and aiming at alleviate surgical response, enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) optimize patients' physiological function perioperatively, and have the potential to decrease postoperative complications. Detail records and classification of complication, emphasis on the follow-up, combining with identification of patients at high risk of complication, would facilitate better evaluation and individualized ERAS program establishment. Based on the guideline consensus, exploring and establishing ERAS protocol which is readily implemented for hospital, and improving compliance would contribute to achieving the goal of complication prevention and accelerating recovery.关键词
