国内外电子烟的管制现状及立法进展
Current situation of electronic cigarette regulation and development of legislation in various countries
摘要
Abstract
The dramatic growth of electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) in recent years has caused increasingly controversy due to problems in quality,safety and regulation.Therefore,some countries and regions begin to regulate e-cigarettes.To promote the implementation of Framework Convention on Tobacco Control,WHO mandated investigations into the status of regulation of e-cigarettes until April 2014.This paper introduced different regulatory frameworks in the European Union,Britain,the United States and China,as well as issues such as definition of e-cigarettes,regulatory measures and standards.As no regulation or standard is available currently in China,this paper therefore attired to compare and summarize those regulations and standards.It is hoped that references to the formulation of relevant regulation and standards of e-cigarettes are provided.关键词
