摘要
Abstract
Platelets are anucleate blood cells best known for their role in hemostasis and wound healing.In addition to hemostasis, platelets are involved in a variety of pathophysiological responses including immune inflammation, angiogenesis, tissue regeneration, and cancer metastasis, and participate in multiple process of tumor development.Recent studies have shown that tumor microenvironment affects the state of RNA in platelets and biology of downstream.This review will focus on our understanding of the possible influence of tumor microenvironment on platelet RNA and the pathological effect, and how this knowledge can guide the development of the interaction between platelets and tumor for clinical application.关键词
