摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of laparoscopic radical resection in the treatment of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) by comparing with open hepatectomy. Method Retrospectively analyzed the data of 30 patients with ICC who were treated by laparoscopic radical resection (laparoscopic group) and 30 patients with ICC who were treated by open hepatectomy (open group). Operation condition (operation time, incision length and intraoperative blood loss), postoperative recovery (exhaust time, feeding time, analgesia time, out-of-bed outivity time, hospital day and complications) and hospitalization expenses. Result The incision length of laparoscopic group was significantly less than that of open group (P < 0.01). There were no significant differences in blood loss and operation time between the two groups (P > 0.05). All the patients recovered well after operation, the postoperative exhaust time, analgesia time, hospital day and out-of-bed activity time of laparoscopic group were significantly shorter than that of open group (P < 0.01), there were no significant differences in feeding time and the total cost of hospitalization between the two groups (P > 0.05). The complication rate of laparoscopic group was significantly lower than that of open group (χ2 = 5.27, P < 0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic hepatectomy in the treatment of ICC has the advantages of little trauma, short recovery time, low incidence of complications and significant clinical therapeutic effect.关键词
