防己黄芪汤颗粒质量标准初步研究
Quality Standard of Fangji Huangqi Decoction Granules
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the quality standard of Fangji Huangqi Decoction Granules. Methods Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, Radix Astragali and Cocculus Orbiculatus in the Granules were identified by thin-layer chromatogram ( TLC ) . Results The characteristic spots on the chromatogram of the preparation were corresponding to the ones of contrast product, and the negative contrast solution had no interference. Conclusion This method has good specialization, reproducibility and sensitivity, which can be used for the quality control of Fangji Huangqi Decoction Granules.关键词
