Abstract
Objective To optimize an appropriate extracting technology to extract vitexin, isovitexin and rutin from Melastoma dodecan-drum Loureiro. Methods According the yield of vitexin, isovitexin and rutin, the L9 ( 34 ) orthogonal experimental design was used to op-timize the process with ultrasonic time, ultrasonic power, methanol concentration, solvent ratio of inspection, and the results were analyzed by multi-index comprehensive weighted score evaluation. Choose the optimal conditions, and HPLC method was verified. Results The best extraction process was with 140 W power, 40 times of 80% methanol, and ultrasonic extraction of 35 min. Conclusion The exper-imental design is reasonable with good results of the experiment reproducibility, which can provide scientific basis for its quality control.关键词
