摘要

Abstract

Objective To optimize the content determination method of heavy metals and harmful elements in Guanxinning Injection. Methods Orthogonal test was used, and the injection amount of acid system, maximum temperature of microwave digestion, the duration of maximum temperature microwave digestion and the maximum temperature of acid were taken as the observation factors to determine the content of arsenic and mercury with the design of L9 ( 34 ) graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Determination of ar-senic and mercury was done by hydride atomic absorption spectrophotometry;determination of copper was done by air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results The optimum digestion condition was that the acid system was HNO3 : H2O2 ( 6 :2 ) , the maximum digestion temperature was 120 ℃ for 30 min, and the correlation coefficient r > 0. 9995 of the five elements with acid temperature of 120 ℃. Conclusion The method is accurate and rapid with good operability and small interference as well as reliable results, which can be used for the quality control of heavy metals and harmful elements in Guanxinning Injection.
