高效液相色谱法测定甲基泼尼松龙琥珀酸钠含量

摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of methylprednisolone sodium succinate. Methods The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-3% glacial acetic acid(29 :71). The detection wavelength was 254 nm, the column temperature was 25 ℃ and the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min. The sample volume was 20 μL. Results The linear relation of the concentration and peak area was good in the range of 0. 08-0. 12 mg/mL( r=0. 9995). The average percentage of recovery was 99. 16%, the RSD was 0. 09%( n=5). Conclusion The method is accurate and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of methylprednisolone sodium succinate.关键词
