摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of gallic acid in Antenoron Filiforme ( Thunb. ) . Methods The chromatographic column was InertSusTain C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) , the mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphoric ( 15:85:0. 085 ) with a flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 270 nm and the column temperature was 35℃. Results The linear ranges of gallic acid in Polygonum seven was 0. 1415-0. 8305 μg/mL ( R2=0. 9999 ) . The average recovery was 98. 35% and RSD was 0. 60%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, has good stability, and can be used for the con-tent determination of gallic acid in Antenoron Filiforme ( Thunb. ) .关键词
