摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop an HPLC method for the content determination of R, S-epigoitrin in Pudilanxiaoyan Tablets by HPLC. Methods The separation was performed on a Agilent Extend-C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm ) using Methanol-0. 04%Phosphoric acid solution ( 8:92 ) , The detection wave length was 245 nm and the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min. Results There was good linearity between the peak area and injection volume in the ranges of 0. 0109-0. 2189 μg ( r=0. 9999 ) . The average recovery of R, S-epigoitrin was 98. 01%, RSD=0. 56% ( n=6 ) . Conclusion The method is simple, reproducidility and accurate, which can be used for the content determination of Pudilanxiaoyan Tablets.关键词
