Abstract
Objective To establish the method for the quality standard of Tongluo Qufeng Plaster. Methods Herba Sarcandrae and Fructus Corni in the Plaster were identified by TLC, while the content of borneol and camphor were determined by GC. Results The chromatographic spots were clear without interference and easy to recognize. The linear ranges of borneol and camphor were 0. 125-0. 60 g/L and 0. 115-0. 69 g/L, and the average recoveries were 99. 90% ( RSD=0. 12% ) and 99. 85% ( RSD=0. 05% ) respectively. Conclusion The method is easy, accurate and reproducible, which can be used as the quality standard for Tongluo Qufeng Plaster.关键词
