Abstract
Objective To assess the clinical application of Xiyanping Injection in pediatric outpatient, and to provide a reference for ra-tional drug use in clinical institute as well as strengthening the monitoring of pediatric medication. Methods 354 outpatient prescrip-tions with Xiyanping Injection from July to December 2016 in the hospital were randomly selected. Retrospective analysis was conducted on the application situation of Xiyanping Injection. Results Of all the drug use, 99. 72% had met the medication indication;the solvent and treatment of intravenous administration was relatively reasonable;only 1 case showed lack of dosage;for combination of other drugs, only 47. 95% of the infusion bottle used the flushing fluid;changing the route of administration for atomizing accounted for 77. 97%. Conclusion The application of Xiyanping Injection in pediatric outpatients of the hospital is rational on the whole and relatively safe. Rational use of the drug should be strengthened and regulated to ensure safe medication in children. It is recommended that the production enterprises carry out the safety evaluation of the atomized administration of the injections and standardize the dose and fre-quency of the inhalation of the children.关键词
