摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of rare infectious diseases such as tsutsugamushi dis-ease. Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in the course of treatment, analyzed the medication of 1 case of tsutsugamushi disease complicated with cerebral hemorrhage, and made reasonable and timely anti-infection scheme, as well as adjustment of scheme according to the condition changes and pharmaceutical care. Results The physician accepted the pharmacist′s proposal and the infection was un-der control. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists could help the physician make patients get timely and appropriate treatment and reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions in rare and complex infectious diseases cases.关键词
