Abstract
Objective To study the method and the effect of the application of quality control ( QCC ) circle in the quality management of pharmacy department. Methods The quality control was carried out by conventional methods from January to June 2016, which was taken as the control stage;the quality control was carried out by the conventional method from July to December, 2016, which was taken as the observation stage. 1000 pharmaceutical prescriptions were randomly selected from the control phase and observation stage respec-tively to compare the incidence of error events and the specific type of error. Results The incidence of error events in the observation stage of the Pharmacy Department was 1. 20%( 12/1000 ) , which was significantly lower than that of the control stage ( 12. 80%, 128/1000 ) ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The application of QCC mode in the quality management of Pharmacy Department can effectively reduce the incidence of all kinds of error events, which is of great significance to improve the quality management of pharmaceutical department.关键词
