酸枣仁、石菖蒲、夜交藤、百合、郁金5味中药对对氯苯丙氨酸致失眠模型大鼠睡眠作用的影响
Effect of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,Acorus Tatarinowii,Caulis Ploygoni Multiflori,Bulbus Lilii, Radix Curcumae on the Sleeping of Insomnia Rat Models

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,Acorus Tatarinowii,Caulis Ploygoni Multiflori,Bulbus Lilii,Radix Curcumae on the sleeping of insomnia rat models. Methods Intraperitoneal injection of PCPA was applied to establish the model of insomnia rats. The successful model rats were randomly divided into the model control group,the positive control group,the Diazepam group(1 g/hg),the Ziziphi Spinosae group(18 g/hg),the Acorus Tatarinowii group(12 g/hg),the Caulis Ploygoni Multiflori group (18 g/hg),the Bulbus Lilii group(14. 4 g/hg),and the Radix Curcumae group(12 g/hg). In addition,a blanh control group was set. The rats of Diazepam group,Ziziphi Spinosae group,Acorus Tatarinowii group,Caulis Ploygoni Multiflori group,Bulbus Lilii group, Radix Curcumae group were given corresponding concentration solution for 7 d,and the blanh control group and the model control group were given normal saline for 7 d. During the administration period,the rats were observed. After the administration,the changes of body weight,sleep latency and total sleep time were observed. Results Compared with the model control group,the sleep latency of ev-ery drug administration group reduced;and the sleeplatency of Diazepam group,Ziziphi Spinosae group,Acorus Tatarinowii group,Caulis ploygoni Multiflori group reduced obviously(p < 0. 01). The total sleep time of Diazepam group,Ziziphi Spinosae group,Caulis ploygoni Multiflori group,Bulbus Lilii group increased. And tatarinowii group increased obviously(p < 0. 01). Conclusion Single medication of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,Acorus Tatarinowii,Caulis Ploygoni Multiflori,Bulbus Lilii,Radix Curcumae has a certain effect on improving sleep function in insomnia rats,but further study is sill needed.关键词
