柔肝颗粒的定性定量方法优化研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To impove the quality standard of Rougan Granules. Methods Thin layer chromatography(TLC)method was used to identify Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Notoginseng and Atractylodes in Rougan Granules. The content of calycosin-7-glucoside was deter-mined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method. Results The TLC spots were clear with strong specificity and free of interference of negative samples. The linear range of calycosin-7-glucoside was 0. 981-19. 62 μg/mL,r=0. 9997(n=6). The aver-age recovery rate of calycosin-7-glucoside was 99. 62%,RSD=1. 69%(n=6). Conclusion The method is accurate,rapid,reliable, and stable with good repeatability,it can be used to control and evaluate the quality standard of Rougan Granules.关键词
