摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish a UHPLC method for the content determinion of magnolol and honohiol in Xiaoji Huachong Powder. Methods The experiment was performed with Thermo AccliamTM RSLC PA2 column(100 mm × 2. 1 mm,2. 2 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (70 :30,V/ V),the flow rate was 0. 3 mL/min,the column temperature was 35 °C,the detection wavelength was 294 nm,and the injection volume was 2 μL. Results The magnolol and honohiol showed a good linear relationship in range of 0. 0405-0. 1215 μg(r=0. 9997),0. 0101-0. 0608 μg(r=0. 9996),respectively. The average recoveries were 100. 05%,100. 15%,and RSDs were 0. 47%,1. 26%(n=6),respectively. Conclusion This method is simple and effective,which can be used to determinate the content of magnolol and honohiol in Xiaoji Huachong Powder.
