米非司酮联合米索前列醇终止早孕临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the different clinical effect of Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol and Mifepristone combined with methylcarboprost on early pregnancy(< 49 d) termination. Methods 140 patients diagnosed with early pregnancy in the hospital be-tween June 2016 and November 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol was applied in group A(n=70)and Mifepristone combined with Methylcarboprost was applied in group B(n=70). Close follow-up of the incidence rate of adverse reactions,the time of the sac discharge,the success rate of abortion and the time of vaginal bleeding was tahen. Results 69 cases in group A succeed in medical abortion,the success rate was 98. 57% ( 69/70 );63 cases in group A succeed in medical abortion,the success rate was 90. 00% ( 63/70 ) ,the difference was significant(p < 0. 05). 5 cases in group A suffered from adverse effect lihe fever and diarrhea,the incidence rate was 7. 14%;2 case in the group B suffered from vomiting and diarrhea,the incidence rate was 2. 86%,the difference was not significant(p > 0. 05). In group A,the gestational sac discharge time was ( 4. 2 ± 1. 6 ) d, the gestational sac discharge time of the B group was ( 6. 3 ± 3. 1 ) d,and the difference was significant(p < 0. 05). In group A,the average time of vaginal bleeding after abortion was ( 6. 3 ± 3. 4 ) d,and the average vaginal bleeding time was ( 7. 2 ± 1. 5 ) d in group B, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(p > 0. 05). Conclusion Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol tahes shorter time in terminating early pregnancy and ranhs higher success rate compared with Mifepristone combined with Methylcarboprost;there is no difference in the drug adverse and the time of vaginal bleeding.关键词
