摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of antibiotic-impregnated calcium sulfate combined with internal fixation in treating open limb fracture. Methods A total of 176 patients with open limb fractures admitted to the hospital from December 2013 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different treatments,the patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group,88 cases in each group. The control group was treated by routine internal fixation,while the treatment group was treated by antibiotic-impregnated calcium sulfate combined with internal fixation. The clinical curative effects in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate,the incidence rate of adverse drug reactions,intraoperatve blood loss and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(p < 0. 05). Conclusion Antibiotic-impregnated cal-cium sulfate combined with internal fixation for treating open limb fracture not only has good clinical effect,but also has rapid recovery and high safety after operation,it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
