Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical rational use of ophthalmic preparations by analyzing the drug instructions in the hospital. Methods A total of 98 instructions of ophthalmic preparations were retrospectively analyzed,including drug property,indication,storage, adverse reactions,medication for pregnant women and lactating women,medication for children,medication for the elderly and the expiry date. Results Ophthalmic preparations were predominantly in solution(73. 47%);its indications were concentrated in the antibacterial effect(25. 51%);12. 25% of the ophthalmic preparations did not indicate adverse reactions,54. 08% of the instructions lached informa-tion on children's medication,53. 06% of them lached information on lactating women's medication,61. 22% of them did not specify the use of pregnant women,67. 35% of them lached the information on elderly medication,and 63. 27% of them did not marh the ex-piration date. Conclusion To strengthen the rational use of ophthalmic preparations,the information of ADR,the expiry date and the medication for the special population need to be completed and the property and the story condition of ophthalmic preparations should be hept unchanged for the ration use.关键词
