Abstract
Objective To explore how to provide pharmaceutical care and individual treatment for diabetic patients with pulmonary infec-tion. Methods For the diabetic patient with pulmonary infection,clinical pharmacist provided comprehensive pharmaceutical care and evaluated the therapeutic effect based on the characteristic of the patient,auxiliary examination,bacterial drug resistance monitoring in the hospital and related guidelines. Results The treatment was effective for the diabetic patient with pulmonary infection,with the blood sugar and blood pressure all under control. Conclusion Due to the low immunity,diabetic patients are often associated with pulmonary infection,hypertension and so on,Therefore,in order to provide pharmaceutical care and individual drug treatment for diabetic patients with pulmonary infection,endocrine clinical pharmacists should be not only familiar with the pathogen of diabetes with pulmonary infec-tion and anti-infective treatment strategies,but also master the anti-hyperglycemic and anti-hypertensive drugs treatment programs.关键词
