Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of antibiotics in outpatient prescriptions,in order to promote rational drug use. Methods Totally 7124 outpatient prescriptions from January to December 2016 were randomly selected in the hospital. The appli-cation of antibiotics in these prescriptions was analyzed. Results Of the 7124 outpatient prescriptions, the prescriptions of antibiotics were 3172,accounting for 44. 53%. Among them,2351(74. 12%) of antimicrobial agents were used alone,803(25. 32%) of them were combined with two antimicrobial agents,18 (0. 57%)of them were three antimicrobial agents;injections accounted for 18. 63%, oral medication accounted for 32. 79%,suppositories accounted for 48. 58%;the most used double combination was imidazole +antibacterial suppository(18. 93%),followed by quinolone + antibacterial suppository(18. 70%),antifungal + antibacterial suppository (17. 31%);the three most frequently used regimens for triple combination were quinolones + quinolones + antibacterial suppositories (38. 89%),quinolones + metimidazoles + antibacterial suppositories(27. 78%),β-lactam + metimidazole + antibacterial agent (27. 78%);the types of antimicrobial agents used include β-lactam,quinolones,imidazoles,antifungal and macrolides;the highest DDD values were β-lactam(33. 24%),followed by quinolones(30. 38%). The three most common irrational drug use were improper usage ( 38. 96%) ,no indication of medication ( 16. 88%) ,and irrational usage and dosage ( 15. 58%) . Conclusion The use of antibiotics in the hospital is basically reasonable. In order to ensure the safety of medication,it is necessary to strengthen the examination of outpatient prescriptions, improve the quality of drug use and reduce the error of medication to maintain the health of patients.关键词
