摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the role of pharmaceutical service in improving the medication compliance among patients with schizophrenia. Methods Totally 420 patients who were referred to our hospital during 2013 to 2016 and diagnosed with schizophrenia were included and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,210 cases in each group. Two waves of assess-ment on the compliance to treatment were conducted at the time of admission and discharge. Results There was no significant differ-ence of medication compliance between the two groups at admission(p > 0. 05). At the time of discharge,the patients' medication com-pliance rate was 50. 95%,and the medication compliance of the two groups was significantly improved(p < 0. 01),and the experimental group was more significant (p < 0. 01 ). Conclusion There are many influencing factors of medication compliance in psychotic patients. pharmacy service is helpful to improve the compliance of patients' medication and improve the clinical curative effect.关键词
