血瘀证大肠癌与外周血多药耐药基因mRNA表达的相关性

Abstract
Objective To exploring the relationship between expression of multidrug resistance-1(MDR-1) and blood stasis syndrome of colorectal cancer.Methods Sixty-five patients with colorectal cancer were determined for different syndromes according to syndrome factor differentiation.MDR-1 mRNA were detected by Real-time fluorescent quantitative from peripheral blood of primary carcinoma of colon and rectum,and to detect its comparably correlation to blood stasis syndrome of colorectal cancer.Results There were 42 patients in blood stasis group and 23 patients in non-blood stasis group,with statistical significance in differentiation of pathology between two groups (P ＜0.05).Compared with non-syndrome of blood stasis,there was a lower proportion of high differentiation adenocarcinoma and a higher proportion of low differentiation adenocarcinoma in syndrome of blood stasis(P＜0.05),with clinical statistical significance between two groups (P＜0.05).The proportion of phase Ⅲ,Ⅳ among syndrome of blood stasis was significantly higher than that among non-syndrome of blood stasis(P ＜ 0.05).The average expression level of MDR-1 gene was 0.872±0.257 in syndrome of blood stasis and 0.436±0.124 in non-syndrome of blood stasis,showing significant differences between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Expression of MDR-1 in peripheral blood of patients with colorectal cancer shows association with blood stasis syndrome.关键词
