Abstract
Objective To Collect the data of outpatient medical records and analyse,the syndrome differentiation treatment and Traditional Chinese Medicine laws of hemorrhoids disease,so to guide clinical practice.Methods The outpatient service medical records which meted the diagnostic were entered valid information,and set up the database.All data were collected with Microsoft Access and analyzed by SPSS software.Results There were 146 cases (56.81％) among 257 patients belonged to syndrome of Sinking of Qi due to Spleen Deficiency accroding to TCM Syndrome Types of hemorrhoidal disease.The cases of Syndrome of Dampness-heat Pouring Downward were 49 cases (19.07％).Most frequently used drug were Fructus aurantii,Flos Sophorae and Atractylodes,whose property of cold and warm.The property and flavor of these herbs were predominantly sweet and bitter.Drug tropism was mostly entered to sple~ and stomach meridian.These herbs were tonify deficiency,heat-clearing,restrain self's medicine,promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis.Conclusion The laws of Traditional Chinese Medicine in treating hemorrhoids disease should comply with the “prevention first,treatment second concept.The academic thoughts of treated anorectic diseases from QI and blood should be reflected.关键词
