强精胶囊治疗精索静脉曲张少弱精症
Treatment of Varicocele Oligoasthenospermia with Qiangjing Capsule
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Qiangjing capsule for varicocele oligoasthenospermia patients with sperm density and motility and seminal plasma biochemical,and to explore the possible mechanism of action.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with varicocele included oligoasthenospermia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with each of 60 cases.The treatment group was given Qiangjing capsule,and the control group was given Wuzi Yanzong capsule and Shaofu Zhuyu capsule both for 3 months.The changes before and after treatment in sperm density and motility,and contents of α-glucosidase enzyme,zinc and acid phosphatase in seminal plasma were detected.The spouse pregnancy was recorded.Results After treatment the sperm density and motility and content of α-glucosidase enzyme,zinc and acid phosphatase in seminal plasma in the two groups were significantly improved (P ＜ 0,01).The sperm density and motility,content of α-glucosidase enzyme and zinc in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.53％,and that for the control group was 75.86％,The total effective rate difference between two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Qiangjing capsule can improve sperm density and motility,and contents of α-glucosidase enzyme,zinc and acid phosphatase in seminal plasma in varicocele oligoasthenospermia.It also can improve the microenvironment of spermatogenesis,maturation,and their fertility.关键词
