显微镜下精索静脉结扎术联合益肾生精膏治疗精索静脉曲张性不育症
Treatment of Varicocele-induced Infertility by Microsurgery Varicocelectomy followed Yishenshengjing Cream

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of microsurgical varicocelectomy followed by Yishenshengjing cream in treatment of varicocele-induced infertility.Methods Eighty patients with varicocele-induced infertility were randomly divide into two groups averagely,the control group and the treatment group.Patients in the control group were taken shenjing pieces after the surgery while the patients in the treatment group were taken equal amount of Yishenshengjing cream.The clinical effect was observed after three months.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was higher then that of the control group (87.5％ vs 70.0％,P ＜ 0.05).The amount of semen was approximately equal between the two groups before and after the surgery.But in both groups,it took less time for the sperm to liquefy after surgery (P ＜ 0.05).The sperm density,the percent of A-level sperm and the rate of sperm motility in two groups had been improved after the surgery.But the density of the sperm were approximately equal between the two groups.The percent of A-level sperm and the rate of sperm mobility had more improved in the treatment group than those in the control group (25.04±7.46 vs 17.27±6.22,62.50±10.56 vs 54.00±9.46,respectively).Conclusion Microsurgery varicocelectomy follow by Yishenshengjing cream has significant effect in treatment of varicocele-induced infertility.It can be applied in clinic widely.关键词
