摘要
Abstract
Objective To determine cisatracurium dose response curve in patients with tuberculous empyema by using single dose injection.Methods Forty patients with tuberculous empyema were randomly divided into four groups,10 in each group.The dose of cisatracurium were injected at dose of 20 μg/kg,30 μg/kg,40 μg/kg,50 μg/kg,respectively.The maximum inhibitory effect in each patient was recorded.The maximum inhibitory effect was converted to probability,and the corresponding muscle volume was converted to logarithm.The dose-response curve of cisatracurium was then established by linear analysis.Results The ED50,ED75,ED90 and ED95 of cisatracurium were 27.8 μg/kg,34.1 μg/kg,41.2 μg/kg,45.9 μg/kg in patients with tuberculous empyema.Conclusion The sensitivity of cisatracurium increased conclusion tuberculous empyema patients.关键词
