依达拉奉联合针灸对老年颅内出血术后脑损伤的治疗作用
Effect of Edaravone Combined Acupuncture Therapy on Brain Injury after Operation in eldly Patients with Intracranial Hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of edaravone combined with acupuncture therapy on cognitive function of elderly patients with intracranial hemorrhage after operation.Methods Total 100 elderly patients with intracranial hemorrhage were divided into two group randomly.The observation group received edaravone treatment combined with acupuncture and moxibustion,light quantum blood auto infusion therapy,and the control group received just edaravone therapy.GCS,NIHSS score and event related potential P300 were detected in the patients.The peripheral blood CRP,MMP-9 and T-SOD were measured before and after treatment.Results The curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in GCS score and NIHSS score between the two groups before treatment (P ＞ 0.05).After treatment,the GCS in observation group was (51.2±6.7) score,which was better than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS was (35.4 ± 11.2) score,which was better than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in latency,amplitude of T-SOD,MMP-9,CRP and P300 between the two groups before treatment (P ＞ 0.05).The T-SOD was (51.2±6.7) U/L and P300 was (5.99± 0.54) V in observation group,which were higher than those in the control group.MMP-9 was (35.4 ±11.2) mg/L,CRP was (54.2± 16.7) mg/L and P300 latency was (295.68±18.07) ms,which were lower than that of control group (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion Edaravone combined acupuncture in the treatment of acute intracranial hemorrhage in the brain injury can block the oxygen free radical cascade reaction,and then make the brain's bio-electrical activity to normal,so as to improve the cognitive function of patients.关键词
