Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of applying intravenous anesthesia combined with percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation in the removal of tuberculosis cervical lymph node. Methods Forty patients undergone tuberculosis cervical lymph node dissection were randomly divided into group of intravenous anesthesia combined with percutaneous acupoint electric stimulation (Group E) and combined intravenous anesthesia Group (Group C).Thirty minutes before anesthesia,Group E patients' Hegu and Neiguan points started to be electrically stimulated until the end of surgery, while Group C patients were lying still for thirty minutes before starting the anesthetic procedure. The heart rate (HR),mean arterial pressure (MBP),brain electrical dual frequency index (BIS),and percutaneous carbon dioxide partial pressure (PtcCO2) were observed and recorded at different time points. The amount of anesthetics and adverse reactions during operation were recorded. Results After anesthesia, the HR (74.2 ± 9.8) and MBP (77.1 ± 9.3 mmHg) of Group E were higher than the HR (68.1 ± 8.1) and MBP (69.9 ± 8.6 mmHg) of Group C.The recovery time (8.4 ± 2.5 min) of Group E was shorter than that of Group C (11.2 ± 2.8 min). And the dosages of propofol (219.1 ± 31.8 mg) and remifentanil (136.8 ± 14.5 μ g) were lower than those of Group C,which were propofol (267.1 ± 3.6 mg) and remifentanil (150 ± 19.1 μg).Meanwhile, there were 2 cases of respiratory depression,1 case of hypotension and 0 case of bradycardia in Group E,which were less than Group C's incidence of respiratory depression (6 cases),hypotension (7 cases),and tachycardia (5 cases) (P < 0.05).Conclusion Application of percutaneous acupoint electric stimulation combined with intravenous anesthesia in cervical lymph node tuberculosis dissection can significantly reduce the incidences of circulatory and respiratory depression and also can achieve less dosage of anesthetics and stable hemodynamics.关键词
