Abstract
Objective To observe the characteristics of postoperative complications in elderly patients with kidney stone after percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) and analyze common complications. Methods The study is based on a retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 120 elderly patients with kidney stone and PCNL. The most common complications of PCNL and Logistic multi factor regression analysis was used to study the influencing factors for the complications. Results All 120 cases of kidney stone treated with PCNL were successful, with postoperative bleeding in 10 cases, fever in 23 cases, infusion extravasation in one case, and one case of infection. The influencing factors of bleeding included the operation time, stone diameter, diabetes mellitus, and renal parenchyma thickness. The influencing factors of fever included stone diameter, operation time, diabetes mellitus, and urinary tract infection. Conclusion After PCNL, the elderly patients with kidney stones may still have bleeding, infusion extravasation, infection, fever and other complications. Bleeding and fe-ver were the most common complications. Therefore, the analysis and intervention of the related factors affecting the bleeding and fever can effectively reduce these complications.关键词
