中医外治法结合微波腔内闭合术治疗下肢静脉曲张伴溃疡
External Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Microwave Intracavitary Coagula-tion in Treating Venous Ulcer of Lower Extremity

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the external therapy of TCM combined with mi-crowave intracavitary coagulation in treating venous ulcer of lower extremity. Methods Sixty-six patients with venous ulcer of lower extremity were randomly and equally divided into treatment group and control group. All patients were treated with microwave intracavitary coagulation, and the treatment group received the external therapy of TCM, while the control group received the Western conventional surgical dressing before and after sur-gery. Then the healing rate of ulcer, the healing time of ulcer, the rate of recurrent ulcer and the TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups. Results After two months of treatment, the healing rate of ul-cer (93.23%) of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (86.49%, P<0.05). The clinical efficacy of the treatment group(twenty-five cases were cured and 8 cases had a significant effect) was better than that of the control group (eighteen cases were cured and eleven cases had a significant effect and four were effective). The TCM syndrome efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. After three months of treatment, the average healing time of ulcer (33.79 ± 25.28) d in the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group [(48.42±31.63) d, P<0.05]. The patients with ulcer healing were followed up for six months, the rate of recurrent ulcer (3.03% )in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(20.69%, P<0.05). Conclusion The external therapy of TCM combined with microwave intracavitary coagulation in treating venous ulcer of lower extremity have a significant effect and a higher healing rate of ulcer and a shorter healing time of ulcer and a lower rate of recurrent ulcer.关键词
