Abstract
Objective To observe the effect and the safty of the flurbiprofen ester perioperative analgesia in advance for senile acute abdomen patients. Methods Eighty senile acute abdomen patients were divided into two groups randomly. The group A was given flurbiprofen ester 30 minutes before the surgery with 1mg/kg at a slow pace. The group B was given flurbiprofen ester at the same speed and equal dose until skin incision. The differences on visual analog scale (VAS) pain scores, sedation scores, circulation, respiration, blood oxygen satu-ration, the BIS and adverse reactions during 1 hour ,2 hours and 6hours after the operation were evaluated. Results In group A the remifentanil intraoperative dosage was (2.1 ± 0.9) mg, but in group B the dosage was (3.8±0.7)mg with statistical differences between the two groups (P<0.05). About etomidate intraoperative us-age, it was(40±6.6)mg in group A, but it was(60±5.4)mg in group B. There were the significant differences between the two groups on the VAS pain scores and the numbers of pain intervention dosage after the operation in 1 hour, 2 hour and 6 hours (P<0.05). In postoper-ative sedation scores there were no differences be-tween the two groups (P>0.05). No postoperative ad-verse reactions of excessive sedation, nausea or vomit-ing occurred. Conclusion Flurbiprofen ester has exact analgesic effect. It can reduce the use of intraopera-tive analgesia drug dose, and may effectively relieve postoperative pain on the senile acute abdomen patients with no obvious adverse reactions.关键词
