摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the product change in the process of wheat strawautohydrolysis,Ion chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used to detect sugars(arabinose,galactose,glucose and xylose) and fermentation inhibitors (formic acid,acetic acid,5-HMF and furfural) in the hydrolysate,the change rules of sugars and fermentation inhibitors in the single factor experiment were analyzed.Liquid ratio,temperature and time parameters which impact on xylose generation in the auto-hydrolysate were researched through the response surfaceanalysis.And mathematical model of quadratic polynomial of xylose generation was established.The results showed that under the optimum conditions (liquid ratio 1∶11.67,time 57.76 min and temperature 173.93℃),the xyloseextraction efficiencyof wheatgrass was the highest,reached to 83.91 mg/g.
