带内翅片的相变蓄热单元优化研究
Optimization Study on Phase Change Thermal Energy Storage Unit with Inner Fin
摘要
Abstract
Taking the cylindrical phase change thermal energy storage unit with inner fin as the research object,the factors are researched to know their effect on the melting process,such as the different fin thickness,different fin width,different fin numbers,different radius and temperature of the cylindrical thermal energy storage unit with inner fin.And six models which are built with the method of uniform design are simulated to find the optimal structure.Comparing the results,it′s found that the full melting,solidification time of paraffin in the best model is 32min,40min,respectively;Increasing the wall temperature of the cylindrical phase change thermal energy storage unit with inner fin can shorten the full melting time of paraffin.关键词
