摘要

Abstract

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is one of autoimmune diseases, caused by multiple factors.Many organ systems are damaged a large number of autoantibodies in SLE patients.The pathogenesis of SLE may be related with several candidate genes, which make SLE becoming a complex polygenic disease.The pathogenic factors of SLE change with regions and races, and not everyone having SLE susceptibility genes will develop this disease.In recent years, the connection between SLE and epigenetic regulation has got increasing attention because of the development of epigenetics.This article reviewed the relationship between microRNA and SLE,and summarized associated reports.
