摘要
Abstract
Systemic lupus erythematosus is a chronic multisystem autoimmune disorder.Auto-reactive B cells play a key role in pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus.B cells have been considered as positive regulators of immune responses in systemic lupus erythematosus by producing antibodies and presenting antigens. While in the past four decades, investigators have found a new capacity of B cells as negative regulator for immune responses. This kind of B cells, named as regulatory B cells(Bregs), may induce immune tolerance and prevent the proliferation of T cells by producing regulatory cytokines IL-10,IL-35, and TGF-β.Here we discuss the current knowledge on the regulatory B cells, with focus on the relationship between SLE and regulatory B cells.关键词
