摘要
Abstract
With the development of RNA chips and RNA sequencing technology,long non-coding RNA (lncRNA), as a new field of genome, which regulates genetic regulation, attracts more attention.Not only lncRNA plays an important role in each stage of cell biological activity, it dysfunction is related to the development of many diseases.Recently, many studies focused more on the relationship between lncRNA and tumor, but recently, some studies found that lncRNA may also play a role in the regulation of immune system in different period.Therefore, this review mainly outlines the significant functions of lncRNA in the regulation of immune function and rheumatic diseases.关键词
