摘要
Abstract
Enteric microbiota and human immune system is not only coexist but also mutual influence.Recent researches have demonstrated that the occurrence of autoimmune diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and systemic lupus erythematosus is relevant to enteric microbiota change.Detection and transformation of enteric microbiota may have some value for diagnosis and treatment.Due to the difference of enteric microbiota between autoimmune disease patients and healthy population, reestablishment of enteric microbial ecology via diet and drugs is helpful for disease remission.This paper reviewed the mechanisms of enteric microbiota in the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, spondyloarthritis, and inflammatory bowel disease and progress of enteric microbiota in diagnosis and treatment fields.关键词
