针刺结合刺络放血治疗血瘀型崩漏的临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with pricking bloodletting on metrorrhagia and metrostaxis with blood stasis type.Methods:60 cases of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis patients with blood stasis type were randomly divided into a treatment group receiving acupuncture combined with pricking bloodletting and a control group receiving routine acupuncture,with 30 cases in each group.After one-course treatment,compare and analyze the clinical efficacy.Results:After the therapy,the overall clinically effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96.67％ and 83.33％,respectively,which showed that the treatment group had a significantly better efficacy than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).As to the hemostasis effect,the effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were respectively 86.67％ and 76.67％ after treatment,which had a significant difference between two groups (P ＜0.05).After treatment,both TCM scores and Hb in two groups had an apparent improvement compared with those before treatment (all P ＜ 0.05),but the treatment group had a more significant improvement (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Both therapies have a curative effect on metrorrhagia and metrostaxis with blood stasis type.However,the curative effect of acupuncture combined with pricking bloodletting on metrorrhagia and metrostaxis with blood stasis type is relatively better than the routinebody acupuncture and can help metrorrhagia and metrostaxis patients with blood stasis type recover their health more efficiently.关键词
