宣肺通窍针法对变应性鼻炎患者生活质量的影响
Improvement of Life Quality among Patients with Allergic Rihinits Treated by Xuanfei Tongqiao Acupuncture Therapy

Abstract
Objective:To compare the effect of Xuanfei Tongqiao acupuncture therapy and loratadine for the life quality of patients with allergic rihinits (AR).Methods:Sixty patients with AR were randomly divided into a treatment group (30 cases)and a control group (30 cases).Treatment group received Xuanfei Tongqiao acupuncture therapy,and the main acupoints were Fengchi (GB20),Yingtang(EX-HN3),Bitong(EX-HN8),Yingxiang(LI20),Hegu (LI4) and Zusanli (ST36).Control group received Loratadine.The course was for four weeks.Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire (RQLQ) and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) were evaluated before and after treatment,and the follow-up was implemented to know the recurrent days after treatment in a month.Results:RQLQ scores were decreased in two groups(P ＜ 0.01;P ＜ 0.05),and the decreased trend of treatment group was more obvious than that of control group.The differences were significant before and after treatment (P ＜ 0.05).VAS scores were decreased in two groups (P ＜ 0.01;P ＜ 0.05).The differences were significant before and after treatment (P＜ 0.05).The recurrent days:There was no statistically significant difference about the recurrent days between two groups(P ＞ 0.05).However,the recurrent days were obviously decreased in two groups compared with those before treatment(P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:Both acupuncture and Loratadine can improve the symptoms such as sneezing,runny nose and nasal obstruction in patients with AR.Symptoms such as fatigue,thirst,headache,loss of taste and afraid of cold and wind were improved significantly by acupuncture therapy.Compared with Loratadine orally,acupuncture is more effective for improving the quality life of patients with AR.关键词
